I’m a rural GP, menopause doctor, health and wellness coach, founder and host of Opt to Thrive — the podcast created for midlife women.
After years of watching patients (and myself) struggle with confusing advice, yo-yo dieting, and the overwhelming changes of midlife, I knew there had to be a better way. So I combined my medical expertise with coaching, evidence-based nutrition, and a deep understanding of the midlife transition to create something different — sustainable strategies that work with your body, not against it.
In the Opt to Thrive Midlife Reset program, I support women in ditching the diet mindset, rebuilding trust in themselves, and learning how to fuel their bodies to thrive — not just survive — through perimenopause, menopause, and beyond. We build strong nutrition foundations while implementing an efficient, effective, individualised exercise program. A program that rebuilds the muscle we have been losing since our 30’s. Building strong muscles help build strong bones protecting against osteoporosis as we age while at the same time decreasing our risk of other chronic age related disease.
