Amanda’s Salmon (or Tuna) Nuggets

200g tinned salmon (or tuna)
1 egg
30g grated cheese

Instructions: 

  1. Drain Salmon. Mix salmon, egg, and grated cheese in a bowl until well combined.

  2.  Line air fryer with baking paper.

  3.  Shape mixture into small nugget-sized pieces 

  4. Place nuggets in a single layer.  Lightly spray with oil

  5. Air fry at 200°C (390°F) for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and set.

 
Can add garlic powder or herbs for extra flavour.
