American Breakfast Turkey Patty

500g ground turkey

1 tsp salt

½ tsp chilli powder

1 tablespoon sage

½ tsp onion powder

1/3 cup sugar free maple syrup

 

Mix ingredients well with hands. Form 5 patties and cook on stovetop with a small bit of olive oil to prevent sticking.
