Tomato, onion, red capsicum and radish
1/3 cup Reduced fat cottage cheese
100g Chicken mince cooked in taco seasoning
60g Avocado
1 bag Quest loaded taco protein chips
Fill bowl about half way with the salad mix. Add the hot or cold mince meat. Add the chopped veggies and top with cottage cheese, avocado and crushed chips.
