Jenni's Protein Bagels

250g Lauke protein bread flour 450g cottage cheese (I used one from Aldi) 20g baking powder Salt to taste Egg wash (1 egg mixed with 1 TB water) Bagel seasoning |
Mix flour, baking powder, salt and yogurt until dough forms. Shape into bagels. Brush with eggsash and sprinkle with bagel seasoning. Bake 180 for 25-30 minutes. |
