Jenni's Bang for Your Buck Protein Lasagne

A spray of oil

One onion

2 garlic cloves

500g beef mince (5%)

2 beef stock cubes

500ml passata

50g red lentils

150g lasagna (8 sheets)

500g cottage cheese 0% (I used Aldi)

30g mozzarella

Make up your beef mix first by frying the onion and garlic. Brown the beef. Then add the stock, passata and lentils. Some salt, pepper and herbs. Then let simmer for 30 minutes to reduce. Layer it up and cook for a good hour in the oven at 180C.

You could tasteless protein powder to the meat mix for added protein.
