Jenni’s Mango Ginger Green Smoothie

Ice

1/2 frozen banana

1 cup frozen mango

1 serve vanilla protein powder

1 cup protein oat milk

1 cup spinach

1 tspn fresh minced ginger

1 TB hemp seeds

 

Add all ingredients to blender, blend for 30 seconds until smooth. Enjoy
