KC’s Cheese and Spinach Egg Slice

500gm creamed Cottage Cheese

120gm Baby Spinach

6 Extra Large Eggs

50gm Tasty Cheese

2 teaspoons Vegeta Vegie stock or spice of choice

 

Mix cottage cheese eggs & vegeta together. Mix in spinach. Pour into a baking dish, sprinkle with shredded tasty cheese . Bake - 180 C Approximately 40-45 mins . Enjoy with hi protein or hi fibre toast for breakfast or salad for lunch.
