Maree's Banana Pancakes

1 Banana Mashed 1 Egg 1 tbsp plain flour 1 tbsp Vanilla Protein Powder 1 tbsp Cottage Cheese |
Mash banana, sift in flour and protein powder, add egg and cottage cheese, mix all together. Pour 4 pancakes into frypan and cook. Serve with berries of choice, Greek yogurt and sugar free maple syrup. |
