Tricia’s Easy Protein Ice Cream

1 cup of Ice

1/2 cup Reduced Fat Milk

1 scoop Whey Protein Powder

 

1. Put ice, milk and protein powder in a bullet cup or blender.

2. Blend for 1 minute.

3. Let sit for 1 minute and enjoy!
